Growing up is hard.

Here’s how I can help your child navigate it.

Children

Children usually have a limited emotional vocabulary to talk about their feelings. I use play therapy, EMDR, sand tray and expressive arts to help children express their true thoughts and feelings in ways best suited to their developmental level.

Adolescents

During their teenage years, kids face a new set of challenges. I'll help them sort through their feelings, values, and goals so that they can approach the world with confidence.

Parents & Caregivers

In many ways, being a parent is the most difficult job in the world, and you'll need proper support. My goal is to strengthen the relationship you have with your child, whether that is through parenting consults, strategies to implement at home, or emotional support in your parenting journey.

My goal is the same as yours: to help your child feel better about themself and the world around them.

Hi, I’m Stacey. Whether your child has struggled for a while or has just recently started to exhibit certain behaviors, I know it's never easy to ask for help - which is why I'm so glad you're here.

I believe children are always moving towards wholeness but sometimes need help from compassionate and knowledgeable adults. Drawing on my background in child-centered play therapy with a neurorelational focus, and as an EMDR sand tray specialist, I use a flexible approach to meet the unique needs of each child. My work with your child will integrate the science of interpersonal neurobiology, child development, and trauma-informed care to strengthen the understanding, love, and security between you and your child.
